The 8929E series is a 1.27mm pitch crimp connector for discrete cables. It features a unique eject lock mechanism that allows for one-handed attachment and detachment on the cable side, providing excellent workability and operability. The contact concept incorporates spring characteristics in both the plug and receptacle contacts, resulting in a highly reliable contact concept with good followability. For cable connections, the crimp connection method allows for the use of standard crimping tools, meeting the demands of operators in terms of workability and usability. The cable uses discrete cables, which are lower in cost compared to flat cables and have a higher current capacity. Cables are available in AWG#26/28/30, accommodating various needs. The board-side connector adopts the 8930E/8931E connectors from the 8925E series. By standardizing the board-side connectors, it enables flexible design layouts.
